What is Wipster?

Wipster is a dynamic collaboration platform where you can upload, comment, share, edit, and publish media files – all in one place. Wipster provides a shared workspace solution for a growing and diverse community of creative people, from freelance animators to global media corporations.

Pulse is your one-stop shop for all your publishing needs. Now publishing to social media and video platforms is a one step process. Once assets are published you can get up to date information on how they are performing from the HealthScore. The scores aggregate information from all our integrated platforms and display the viewing, duration, and engagement data. To find out more about HealthScore see our support article.


Flow is where you manage all of your assets on Wipster. It gives you ability to see what stage in the creative process your assets are at. There are four different stages:

  1. New (for newly uploaded assets)
  2. Review (assets that have been shared out for review)
  3. Editing (assets that need changes or are being edited)
  4. Approval (final assets that you’ve shared for approval)

Is there a cost or a limit to the number of reviewers?

No. Wipster provides an unlimited number of reviewers at no charge so you can share your videos with as many people as you need to.

How do I try out Wipster for free?

Simply sign up for a free trial in our app using this form. You’ll be asked for the essential details like your name, email address, and a password to log in to your account. Activate your account through the confirmation email and get started.

Is a credit card required for the free trial?

No. A credit card is not required on sign up and you have 14 days to try out our platform. You can upgrade to a paid subscription at any time throughout your trial - you’ll just need to enter your credit card details for a Pro plan, or talk to us for a Business or Enterprise plan.

How do storage subscriptions work?

The amount in gigabytes (GB) or terabytes (TB) is the amount of total storage you get over the lifetime of your subscription. Think of it like a bucket: upload and store a number of projects, up to the storage limit stipulated by your subscription type. If you run out of space, you can upgrade to the next subscription tier through your account settings or delete old files. You can pay monthly or annually, with discounts for annual subscriptions.

For Business and Enterprise plans, you are allotted a set amount of storage per team member, however, you can always purchase additional storage as needed for your account.

What are the storage options for Pro plans?

There are three different storage options available for Pro plans: 15GB, 50GB and 100GB, starting at $120/yr, $300/yr and $540/yr, respectively. 

How do reviewers differ from team members?

Team members are usually your colleagues or collaborators and will have their own profile in your team account. Team members are actively involved in the making of the video (video editors, production managers etc.) and share access to projects files, versions, status and more. Depending on the permission levels, users can focus on working in specific folders or media files granted by their admins.

Reviewers are usually clients or anyone else whose feedback you’re seeking. They don’t need their own account or login to access Wipster, as they are invited to review files through share emails or URLs sent by team members. Reviewers (clients, executives, stakeholders, external vendors etc.) have limited permissions and can only access and review and/or approve specific projects that they are invited to.
